Rotary Centenary
Club History
Our Club was formed in 1990 as an offshoot of our Mother Club, the Rotary Club of Ripon. At that time it was recognised that there were a lot of people living in Ripon who would make good Rotarians but were unable to make the lunchtime commitment of the existing Rotary Club.
So the Rotary Club of Ripon Rowels became a second club within the area of Ripon and was started as an evening Club.

The club started with 25 founder members, 11 of whom are STILL members today.
During the lifetime of the Club membership has grown to around 40 members and a current list is shown below:
